I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, though a bit dated-looking, with a huge handicapped bathroom and a comfortable double bed. The service was professional, albeit lacking plastic knives which led to a negative interaction near the Glen Prairie restaurant and bar. The location was convenient, surrounded by halal shops and restaurants, and easy to reach from O'Hare airport. The dining experience was exquisite, resembling a buffet like one might find at a Holiday Inn, albeit with a limited French fries menu.
The hotel rooms were very nice despite some noise from passing traffic, especially little Japanese sports cars with loud mufflers. The service was friendly and helpful, although a bit robotic at times. The location was convenient with various amenities nearby, but the dining options were limited. Overall, a decent stay with a few minor drawbacks.
